PROFILE
ARTICLES + PUBLICATIONS

Molly Luu is an advocate whose practice focuses on general commercial litigation, construction litigation, and tax disputes. She routinely represents clients dealing with disputes involving tax, contract, insolvency and bankruptcy, and construction-related issues. She also regularly represents clients in tax rectification applications. Molly routinely appears before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (including Bankruptcy Court and the Commercial List).

Prior to joining Speigel Nichols Fox LLP, Molly completed her articles at a national law firm located in downtown Toronto. During that time, Molly worked on mid-market mergers and acquisitions and IP transactions, in addition to high-profile litigation files.

Molly subsequently spent a year as a judicial law clerk where she worked closely with the judges of the Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. In this role, Molly gained invaluable insight into the inner workings of the court system. After her clerkship, Molly joined Speigel Nichols Fox LLP as an associate.

Molly is the product of two very proud parents who came to Canada as Vietnamese boat people in 1978. She demonstrates that hard work, family commitments, perseverance, and intelligence produce stellar results. Molly is actively involved with Vietnamese organizations and charities in the Greater Toronto Area.
