We also routinely advise clients on issues relating to multi-million dollar commercial real estate purchases, sales, and financing; joint ventures; industrial condominium development; condominium enforcement; and resolution of related disputes. We represent clients involved in disputes between condominiums and their unit owners. We act for management companies and over 40 condominiums throughout the GTA.
